It looked beautiful on the online ad, but it didn't hold my shoulder length hair when I tried on. Most of my hair fell down. So the next day I tried to return it and found that it was not returnable.There was no sign of 'UNRETURNABLE ' when I placed the order.How can I purchase any item online store without having the option of return. I need to try any item to check if it's going to work for me or not. At least, I must be informed that it's not returnable item before I purchase. The merchant's response was, "Give it to someone else." What an irritable and callous attitude for their own item they personally handmade and their customer who liked their handiwork!
