So far I really like how this product sits on my hair I also really enjoy the sent but I do feel like this product is a little pricey for its size. It’s wonderful because it works right away. Excellent results. It smells so good. I’m impressed.Works so well. Keeps the hair soft, especially if you use it daily.I love this Davines Oi Oil! And I have thinning, fine hair that has a lot of gray and, hence, a lot of frizzes. Also, I live in a low-humidity climate, which makes for frizzier hair, for me, than a more humid climate. Caution: I have earlobe-length hair; it takes me about 1 drop, no more than 2, less than a full spray, rubbed between my two palms and smoothed over my hair, for a great effect--shine, control, and a lasting style. My hairstylist introduced me to it, and that made a believer of me! :)Adding moisture and scent too. After a shampoo apply 4 or 5 drops to the palm of your hand rub in and apply to ends of hair. Then blow dry and voila -- beautiful hair!! Clean scent -- not overpowering.I've got a few inches of beard, so a lot of the more aromatic oils are just too much. I can't moisturize my beard and not die by aromatherapy asphyxiation. This stuff has a nice, mild, floral scent and I can use a few drops to get my whole beard - love it!I’ve ordered before and been pleased, but this last bottle seems off. It isn’t making my hair quite as soft and moisturized. It’s either off brand or out of date. I’ve heard the product is difficult to get in the US since the pandemic, so….Davines will forever be my go to.Third bottle of Oi Oil and this time it’s for my extensions.Just such a versatile product.I use this on my heavily bleached hair and my daughters waist length curly hair. It really does help soften the hair and put some shine back into it. The scent is divine. I’m a repeat purchaser of this, and the price is comparable to hairdressers. Worth it.I have oily hair with dry ends that are now even drier due to highlights and any time I’ve used a hair oil I’ve regretted it instantly - this is different. You’d need to try it to see what I mean.Daughter asked for this for Christmas. She loves it. She’s doing a degree in health and beauty, so she knows what she wants and likes.I love Davines, I like the idea of this company is sustainable and their smells and textures but this oil leaves the hair oily. I know is what many people may think it should do and oil but I have tried dry oils that don't make the hair sticky and oily but just smooth. I would try other products but not this one again, like with many other things it was just throwing money.
