The wig came super fast! I washed and conditioned it like my real hair and it was really soft. It blends well but the only thing is the cap was too big so I had sew it to the band to fit. Would purchase again!Washed the hair out the box, put some product in it and this out it looked first time wearing it! Curls were soft and it was very full! After about a year of owning this I probably got a good 8-10 uses out it. As time went on after each wear, the headband portion because lose and it started shedding a lot more. But overall I would recommend this headband wig, it came in clutch for different outings and it came with lots of headbands that I can contrite to wear.I don’t know but I was excited about the hair until I washed it. And when I say wash, I mean the right way how a weave is to be washed prior to use. The hair is so dry and looks like I’ve had it for years. I have many wigs for years that looks better. I haven’t even worn it. DisappointedI’ve had Julia hair 3 times before this and the hair has always been good. The hair was soft and easy to install but the wave was not like the picture and I bought 18in and it was not true to length. I know curly/wavy is shorter because it’s curled but it was giving 14in. The wave was more loose wave than water wave so i didn’t like that. This is the first time i’ve had a issue with the hair, i’ve had the deep curly in 22 in. and it was down my back and the hair was beautiful and lasted over a year but i had this for less than a week only using conditioner and water and it didn’t work outThis hair keep the curls and it comes fullI have bought Julia hair directly from their website quite a few times and from Amazon--and this is not 10A hair like the label claims. I got my hair installed two weeks ago, and now I'll be removing it tomorrow. For the first time in my life since buying "Beauty Shop Hair" years ago, this hair became extremely tangled while I was washing it in the shower with a very good and gentle shampoo. I patiently removed the tangles, but it shed a lot, and some tangles I just had to rake out. But regardless, I'm very active, and even when my virgin hair has become a little tangled, because, let's be honest--all of this hair tangles, it has never matted up on me like this. But I also blame myself. I should have returned this hair when I got the inkling to do so. When the hair arrived, I noticed that it didn't say "virgin human hair" on the "pink" label wrapped around the wefts, nor did it say this on the plastic packaging. So, I went to the Julia hair website, and they do, in fact, have a hair that they call "affordable," and it says "Human Hair" with a "purple" label on the bundles. Per their website, the affordable hair with the "purple" label has been dyed black, and it's 7A hair! And guess what I received? Yes, I received that hair with the "purple" label. I have attached pictures of what their website says and the hair I received, plus what the real virgin hair label says (from a leftover bundle from their website). I did try contacting them on Amazon, but no one ever wrote me back. I had an event to go to, and I took a chance. Never again will I purchase this hair! So, now, I'm out of my install money for a hairstyle that only lasted two weeks. I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but I don't want anyone to lose money as I did.Hair quality aside, this is false advertisement! The description of the hair they are selling is "7A Human Hair" and not "10A Unprocessed hair."Please note: I had to open the bundles for my hair stylist to install the hair, so that's why the purple lable is attached to the bottom of the bag and not the bundle. Also, note that the bottom, white label on the "Pink" lable 10A virgin hair says: V-HW-JC-18 (V stands for Virgin) vs. the white label of the "purple" label 7A hair (HW stands for human): H-HW-N-JC-22
